I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science. Providing tuition services since my undergraduate years, imparting knowledge to others and helping students improve in their results and learning have always been my passion.
With more than 10 years of corporate engineering experience, I decided to come out full time to pursue my passion in investing in the next generation. I started my first centre in 2019 and the
second one in 2022. This journey has been rewarding, with many students benefiting from Eye Level Education. This is what fuels me to continue to strive for excellence and to increase the reach so that more students can benefit from it.
At Eye Level, students’ learning is our core. The Diagnostic assessment helps us identify the
strengths and weaknesses of students and enable us to tailor their study with us based on their
individual learning ability. The small step approach brings up their competency while making sure
students master each lesson at their own pace.
I am glad to be part of the team to be able to bring about a positive influence in our next generation.
Reading using Phonics
Phonics is a method of teaching how to read that focuses on the relationship between letters and sounds.

The centre manager is professional and patient. During the pandemic, they were able to keep the learning going by having a well supported learning platform. There's also a small reward system for young children which everyone looks forward to, to earn the gift they like. The price is also reasonable and affordable.
The last she saw Vishok was in March 2022. He wasn't able to write and recognise his alphabets and was unable to sit still in one place to complete a task. He is now able to complete his task writing the alphabets (A-Z) without leaving the chair and table.

What is Eye Level Programme?
Our teaching philosophy started with understanding our children’s point of view, as what we call children’s “eye level education” to let them learn at their own learning pace.
Traditional academics assume that all classroom teaching is based on mass education, using the same teaching materials for the same courses of studies. In these environments, it’s hard for children to be motivated once they fall behind or if they have different learning habits.
At Eye Level, we help children achieve a level of mastery to move on to the next stage of learning and let them learn at their own pace.
And that is what Eye Level stands for.
Study Process
At Eye Level, we provide systematic individualized learning. Before joining Eye Level,
a child is given a diagnostic test that sets the starting point of the program and the study roadmap.
Upon enrollment, your child will receive close attention and guidance in achieving mastery of each
level with our small-step curriculum and 1:1 coaching. As a program that is optimized for self-directed learning,
Eye Level will allow your child to take initiatives of his/her study.

DIAGNOSTIC TEST
The diagnostic test will provide precise insight into the student’s ability and learning needs. It is utilized to determine the best place to start the student in the Eye Level curriculum.

INDIVIDUALISED TEACHING
Before each session begins, each child is assessed individually. Our instructors tailor our curriculum by understanding each child’s learning process and mastery of each level.

SELF DIRECTED LEARNING
Students develop independent learning skills in our Eye Level learning centers. Instructors will guide students as they move throughout their individualized program.
04.
MASTERY LEARNING
We determine the mastery of each lesson with study accuracy and study time consumption and with overall understanding of each lesson.
